The Community Closet
The Community Closet at Immanuel Episcopal Church, 20 Church St., Bellows Falls, VT. Masks are required. Access the parking lot to the Closet from the driveway of 9 School St (next to the BF Middle School).
Our thrift store is in the basement of the Parish House (the addition onto the main church which also houses the office, chapel and library). To access the Closet, please use the driveway off School St. that is directly across from the Bellows Falls United Church and immediately east of the Bellows Falls Middle School. The church owns this driveway for access to the Closet.
Operated completely by volunteers, all the proceeds support local community nonprofits such as Southeastern Vermont Community Action (SEVCA), The Greater Falls United Network (GFUN), Parks Place, Our Place, the Third Monday Community Supper, and our own Community Christmas Fund.
Volunteers and donations of clothing and housewares are always welcome. The Closet is open from 9 am until 12 pm Saturdays. Volunteers may show up to work during these hours and we prefer donations are brought during these times also, but you may call the church at 802-463-3100 if you have questions or need any help.
